Scott, trust me when I say that I am not oblivious to the fact that the time spent with me is glaringly disproportionate to your return. Thank you so much for the overall excellent service, and the patience exercised with my numerous technological challenges – of both a practical and linguistic nature (believe it or not I have a greater tec. vocab. in Italian). As I said to Kieran, I essentially made you all into a collective surrogate husband!
You have my e-mail address, so if any of you are ever near Venice, please let me know. At the very least, we can offer you good food and great vino. And if I receive any orders from Italian friends for Bose products, I know where to come. In the interim, I’ll sing your praises to the people I know here, and hopefully it will generate even more business for you.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new home theatre system from Scott at the West Coast Hifi store in Midland.
The service he provided during the time my wife and myself were in his store was only surpassed by his enthusiasm for the products he stocks and his overall focus on making sure that we as customers were comfortable in his store.
I had a very clear idea of the system components I was looking to purchase and to my great surprise Scott’s was the first store to stock all the brands I was interested in. Up until that point I had been listening to systems in one store and trying to compare them to similarly priced components in another. The fact that Scott had all the product lines I was interested in coupled with his knowledge of what would sound best in combination allowed him to quickly build the best system for my needs, and at an incredibly competitive price.
Scott even agreed to install the system for us and I was further amazed on the day of install at the fact that he seemed even more excited than I was to get the system up and running – a true enthusiast.
I have already mentioned Scott’s service to a select number of friends and colleagues who are interested in taking the leap into home theatre ownership and trust that they will take the time to visit Scott and his team as I’m sure they cannot fail to be amazed by the level of professional service they will receive.
It has only been a very short time since I have had my system up and running and so I’m still only experimenting with its full capabilities, but I already have a couple of new “toys” in my sights and know where I’ll be heading when the time comes to buy…
