The 2 installers arrived today and did a fantastic job with the installation. The guys were polite, friendly and worked like trojans to get the job completed and they did a great job.
There was no mess left behind, all rubbish was taken away, they hooked up all equipment and showed myself and my colleague how to operate the system and left behind notes incase we have any issues.
Could not have asked for a better service!!
Thanks again we are looking forward to the start of the AFL season so we can watch all the games!

I’d like to give a big thankyou to the staff at West Coast HIFI Osborne Park.
I recently came into the store to purchase a home theatre system and an audio distribution system for my new home. I spoke to Andrew who was very helpful right from the beginning. He went through the various options and systems that would suite my requirements, and then put together a complete package that included everything from a fantastic universal control to professional installation.
It was nice to have every part of my job handled within the store. Matt and Drew did a fantastic job installing all the speakers throughout my home and fitting off the projector and screen in my theatre, they were professional and pleasant to deal with. Chris commissioned my system and got everything working, he was at my home for the good part of the day making sure everything was correctly connected, tuned properly and working to its optimum, he did a fantastic job and was great to deal with.
The final piece of the system was the Phillips touch screen universal control. This made everything so simple to use that anybody in my home can operate the theatre system. Andrew who designed my system came out to my home and programmed the control himself, he took a few hours programming the control and then when he was finished he took the time to show me how to use everything, he was professional and did a brilliant job.
So thankyou to all involved, I have recommended you to my friends and family, good service and help can be hard to come by.

Over the past two years I have been building a house in Cottesloe, half way way through the process I was recommended to your store by our builder (Zorzi Building Co) and spoke to Matt and he met me onsite, we ran through everything and he took my plans and four hours later I had a quote on install and a guide on equipment.
I had accepted the quote on install and said closer to the time we would re run through the equipment, over the next year Matt and your staff came onsite completed all the work thoroughly and efficiently with ease, nothing was a problem for them I made changes and they just did the job with no issue.
After the house was complete I came into the store and met Matt, we ran through all the options made a decision and two days later it was complete easy to use and a full set of instructions and was told any problems to give them a call. Over the past three months I have been using the system with no problems.
Your store has been extremely professional and efficient over the whole process and have been a delight to work with, I would recommend your store to anyone especially in the building process. At short thankyou for your service and support and look forward to any upgrades in the future.
