I then spoke with your partner as you were out, and asked him why I should purchase from your store and not enjoy the lower prices, and bigger range at some of the advertising national operators. The prediction of your partner was played out to my full satisfaction as you kindly spared no expense in replacing the Yamaha unit which did not meet the conditions of my quote. The friendly and efficient/diligently accurate service of Ian Scrivener was a joy to behold ... reminiscent of old time tradesmen!
