I recently purchased a set of Yamaha outdoor speakers online.
In a day and age when we have unfortunately come to expect service being an afterthought, (if at all), Vs getting the customers money I thought it were only fair that I write a quick e-mail to commend you guys on your attitude and making me feel like a customer should. I purchased my speakers online as mentioned on Monday night and had a phone call from you on Tuesday morning letting me know that you would be there that afternoon to deliver them at my house…and then thanked me for my business! I have just spent $450,000 with a builder building an investment property and every communication has been made by myself and it seems like I have been dragging blood out of a stone with them so needless to say I was very impressed by your attitude and customer service to make this purchase seamless and hassle free, all be it in relative terms a small $ purchase.

I called Neil for advice on a projector package as I was confused from reading reviews online. He took considerable time to identify my specific needs and explain things to me in a way that made me less confused. He was open honest knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to talk to. I didnt feel like he was trying to make a sale (like every other person i spoke to). He explained the technical stuff relating to projectors in a way that was easy for me to understand and therefore make a more informed choice about what products suited my needs. After spending about 20 very patient patient minutes with me he invited me down to his malaga store to view and test a couple of the projectors we spoke about. At the store i was once again given outstanding customer service. (good customer service in Perth these days is a dying art). He demonstrated the products, and provided further easy to digest technical information, which allowed me to identify exactly what i required in my theatre room. I ended up purchasing the sony vpl hw40es and a fixed projector screen. I couldnt be happier. Best money I ever spent!
Every step in the process was such a pleasant experience. Whether it was further enquiries I made to Neil or Glen over the phone or the delivery of the items to my house (Aaban was extremely courteous and reassuring ) to the install in my house, i received nothing but superlative service. I highly recommend the team at west coast hi fi malaga and will certainly be giving them my business in the future.
Now onto the install. Patrick and Steve arrived at my house first thing in the morning. You will not find two more pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, skilled technicians who pay attention to every single detail. I felt like i was getting the projector installed by two friends, thats how pleasant the experience was. Patrick and Steve would constantly take the time to explain everything they were doing to ease my mind. Any issues they encountered along the way were explained and resolved to my complete satisfaction. I felt like these two gentlemen were taking the same care they would if they were installing this in their own homes. I cant remember ever feeling that way with any other work i have had done in my house. After the gear was perfectly installed (these guys are perfectionists trust me) Patrick and Steve got down to the business of making sure the picture and sound was satisfactory. All i wanted was the same picture and sound quality i observed in the demo room at the malaga store. After fiddling around a bit with the gear Patrick and Steve were able to reproduce the same image quality and sound that i experienced at the store. I was ecstatic! Money well spent. However while i was extremely satified Patrick and Steve were not! They spent more time getting an even better picture and sound that exceeded all my expectations. I literally felt like i was at the cinema. You couldnt get the smile off my face. Thank you Patrick and Steve. These are the guys that you want installing your projector! Ask for them to do your install. You wont be disappointed! Patrick and Steve then spent time wiping down the equipment and furniture in the room, moving furniture back and cleaning up. All i can say is WOW what service. With these guys every tiny detail is attended too.
My sincerest thank you to Patrick, Steve, Aaban, Glen, and Neil for the most pleasant buying experience. Its not every day you invest that sort of money and its good to know that there is a place you can go that isnt just interested in taking your money. These guys are committed to making sure you are truly 100% satisfied with spending your hard earned money.
