Shipping & Returns Policy
Delivery and Shipping
We deliver to your home or office via World Options. Products are dispatched from our warehouse both in WA and VIC. Delivery normally takes between five (5) to ten (10) days. Please note we only delivery to Australian addresses.
All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person – or if you haven’t received them within a reasonable period – Contact Us for further instructions. Please note if you fail to be present for delivery of your item you may be charged a miss deliver fee. Further to this if the item is unable to be delivered twice you will be charged a new delivery as the item will be returned to our warehouse for processing.
When buying online, you also have the option to pick up your order from your nearest store. Simply select the Pick Up In-Store option and nominate your preferred West Coast Hi Fi Store. When you complete your payment we will send you an email order confirmation and the store will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up.
Please note that only the person who placed the order may pick it up. When picking up your items, you’re required to supply a copy of your order, photo ID and credit card used to make the purchase.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If items have been used the return policy is of the discretion of the manager. A restocking fee or store credit may be offered to resolve.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact the store you purchased the goods from. The team will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to the store and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
