Step 1: The consultation

This is where we get straight into the nitty-gritty. All the important details that will help us help you get a home entertainment system that will blow your socks off. If you like, we can come to your home to check out the room your system will be going in.

The consultation starts with questions. Lots of them. Everything from the all important budget and dimensions of your room, to what you want out of a system. What do you like to watch – movies, sports, Foxtel or Netflix? Are you into gaming, what is the lighting like in your room, is your home pre-wired?

We’ll walk you through our state-of-the-art demo theatres in-store and answer – in plain English – any questions you may have, so that you get a clear understanding of what it takes to create the ideal system for your home.

Step 2: A tailored solution.

We’ve answered all your questions, you’ve answered all of ours, now it’s time to put your dream home theatre system together on paper, and we’ll give you an on the spot quote.

Don’t forget to have a think about any extras you might like, such as block-out curtains, feature lighting, cinema seating or an integrated, one touch control system that lets you use a tablet or iPad to dim the lights, close your curtains, turn on your system, surround sound and the blu-ray player.

If you’d like, you can take advantage of our convenient layby service. And if a new model comes out before you’ve had yours installed, we’ll upgrade your package for you.

If you can’t wait to get your system installed, it can be booked in for the following day or the following week. Whatever suits you.

Step 3. The install.

If your system is going into a new home that is still under construction, we’ll liaise with your builder regarding requirements and install time to ensure that your home theatre is ready for you when you move in.

The installation timeline can vary based on requirements. However, because we plan everything so meticulously a full theatre install can be completed in a day.

And when we leave your home, we leave it the way we found it – spick and span. That’s one of the reasons we were awarded a Sound+Image Award for installations.

Step 4. Enjoy.

Pass the popcorn. It’s time to invite your friends around for a theatre warming party. And yes, it’s okay to feel a little smug if your friends are a little jealous.
