What we install

Add installation
If your delivery address is in Perth metro, Tabletop Plus and Wall mount and setup appear under your TV in the cart, and again at checkout. Pick one, then any add-ons. Do not forget to add a bracket if you are opting for the wall mount service.

Our installation team gets in touch to lock in a time and ask a few more questions so the delivery and installation go smoothly.

Our installation team comes to your home, completes the agreed installation and takes the time to show you how to operate your new system.

Wall mounted
Bracket fixed to brick or stud, TV levelled and hung. Cables can be tidied down the wall, or hidden inside it as an add-on.
Mounting higher than 1.5 metres, above a fireplace for example, attracts an extra fee. Mention it when we call to confirm.

Both options leave your TV tuned, on your Wi-Fi, connected to your existing gear, tidied up and explained before we leave. Wall mount and setup adds the bracket fitting and the mounting.

As the Experts in Home Cinema, we have our own teams of professional installers. From a full home cinema system to a multi-room audio set-up, our experienced installers will have you up and running with minimal fuss. Home cinema and hi-fi installations are arranged by consultation. The guide prices below are from our in-store list and do not include consumables, brackets or related products. Any complex or multi-storey job needs a site inspection and a quote from the installer.

How do I add installation to my order?
Add the TV and accessories you want to your cart. If your delivery address is in Perth metro, the installation options appear under the TV in your cart and again at checkout.
Installation did not appear at checkout. What now?

I have already bought my TV. Can you still install it?

Will you take my old TV away?
Yes. Old TV taken away is available as an add-on to Tabletop Plus and Wall mount and setup. See the add-ons table for the price.
Can you hide the cables in the wall?
Yes. Cable hiding is available as an add-on to Wall mount and setup. See the add-ons table for the price.
What if the TV is going above the fireplace?
Mounting higher than 1.5 metres attracts an additional fee and is available with some wall mount installations. We recommend you contact us before you buy so we can discuss your options.
Do you supply the wall bracket?
If you want the wall mount option, choose Wall mount and setup in the cart or at checkout. If the television does not come with a bracket, you will need to buy or supply a suitable bracket.
How long does an installation take?
Allow anywhere between 30 minutes for a tabletop installation and up to 2 hours for a standard wall mount installation. Add-ons that need extra accessories installed may take longer.
What if I need to reschedule?
Contact us 48 hours before your scheduled installation date to reschedule. We understand last-minute changes happen, so we will try to accommodate them where possible.
I am renting. Can you still wall mount?
We recommend you check with your property manager or owner for approval before choosing a wall mount option, as restoring the wall to its original condition at the end of your tenancy may be required. Our installers are qualified professionals who can provide a quote and a detailed description of the work if you decide to approach your property manager or owner.
Installation is available on selected televisions and audio products bought from West Coast Hifi, to Perth metro addresses (postcodes 6000 to 6210), and is offered in the cart and at checkout where available. All prices include GST, are “from” prices for Perth metro, and may vary by the technician’s assessment of the job. Additional fees apply for travel beyond 30 km from the nearest store, installation heights above 1.5 metres, and any extra parts, labour or parking agreed with your technician on the day. Brackets, cables and electrical work are not included.
